i tuned in to the Broncos v. somebody Thursday night football game...
the initial screen showed the Broncos huddle...
i immediately thought to myself, "wow... those lights are so bright the uniforms are like shining... yeah man.. i'm in... forget about my whining from earlier today... or yesterday... forget it man... i'm going to enjoy the snit out of this game...

i was ready to dive back in.
i was ready...
however my excitement done were for not.
as they lined up for my first snap of NFL football watching for the season, I saw Peyton begin to do the ridiculous foot hand wag smack clap shake omfghuthuthut too late delay of game coming so instead of getting the delay penalty....
peyton calls timeout....
which of course brought forth my feelings vis a vis that post (under a different identity)
from earlier today or yesterday regarding the
ridiculousness of the commercials in an NFL football game.
at various points in the season, you will encounter the fourfecta of commercials:
the apparent touchdown, celebration... and commercial... upon returning from commercial...
the extended delay for video review...... and eventual commercial... upon returning from commercial...
the PAT... which goes smoothly... and is followed by a commercial... upon returning from commercial...
the kickoff... which goes through the end zone for a touchback.... and is followed by... really?... yes... really... a commercial...
this is simply unsustainable and in need of immediate address.
i shant be a part of such things. i simply shall not.
