of course most of the arrests were marijuana related, total nonsense arrests designed specifically to allow police to control anyone they want to, so they never should have occurred and shouldn't be relevant in any substantive sense OTHER than the potential circumstances at the moment the police decided to arrest.
but if they had a legal reason to arrest, then all the "unlawful arrest" related charges fall apart.
