MBTA GM Beverly Scott (PhD. lol) during Snowmaggedon 2015
Great for a host of reasons.
If I was responsible for managing her, I might have a slightly different take in favor of a calmer, more organized set of responses.
But of course that would have ruined the whole thing and made it a waste of time as most are.
Instead, because of its spontaneity and perhaps her overall lack of experience with such overwhelming levels of attention, this was great stuff.
