Probation and a fine for a gang cop who tipped off gangs about federal investigations because he was butt hurt that they were in on his turf.
Seriously and literally.

Discipline, punishment and pain for you.

How does he know?
How did the Pope come to know how to straddle such perilous lines so adeptly, and in such a unifying spirit?
I think a legitimate scale could be based upon the...
answer to the following question:
what percentage of the time will you choose to put off until tomorrow that which you could do today?
a random month is probably sufficient.
a random week is most likely.
a random day could very well be.

Sometimes dead air just works
Like at the end of a random playing of jukebox hero on wzlx over the airwaves which is cool on its own merits except for the DJ talking too much BBB ut I have very very little tolerance for any of that so it's not really fair.
Bouncidy Bouncidy
You know those harnesses that trapeze artists use? Could you use such a mechanism for transportation?
Limited Compassion... ... ... Very limited.
Rich people who feel lonely should go perform some charitable service without telling people who they are. Of course if they feel the opportunities are lacking they should then fund them and seriously stfu with their bitching forever because the next time they start to feel pouty the above sentence will again be the appropriate response.
or if i want to be a good Catholic, out of respect for Pope Francis, i may instead phrase it thusly:
serving others is the highest calling and has exactly the same impact on everyone who engages in it, from the richest, most powerful people in the world, down to those who have literally never known a day without debt in their entire adult lives.
we serve not ideas. we serve people.
the Pope's tour has already clarified this specific question for me and i am thankful for that.

Eddie and Jimmy are quiet types
they speak almost, if not exclusively, through their instruments. There is something about that that I admire.
Not for nothing but Santana's "Black Magic Woman" is playing as I type this.

Dave Grohl will forever need his Lennon
I recently heard an interview where McCartney was talking about how his ying played so perfectly to Lennon's more pessimistic yang, specifically in terms of lyrical creativity but one can easily imagine a broader connotation.
Grohl's music will retain a very definite one-dimensional quality as long as that is not the case (ie. the missing yang).

There's a primal part of me
that thinks that "When the Levee Breaks" is their single greatest song.
ie. that it's the winner of the deserted island test?
no. i don't think that's the same question.

My very first final demand
when I pass away (which hopefully is no time soon), I demand that NO ANNOUNCEMENT be made on bookspace ;^|, and I request that NOT EVEN THE SHARING of the information be done via the platform.
In other words I demand a BOOKSPACE BLACKOUT of my passing. I demand any such mention be immediately stricken from the record and that any user who intentionally defies the demand be rebuked in some official capacity.
A single effective level of intentional misdirection, however, may serve as a sufficient level of respect for the deceased's demands (for indisputably well-intentioned actors only, of course). e.g: the hanging of a photo of President Garfield as a display of one's affection for lasagna.

Seals & Croft is one of my favorite
bands about whose name I never had the slightest clue.
SiriusXM rightly features their music on several of their stations including "The Bridge". so yeah, that would be ahosxtb.
Also the first sentence feels like it's all wrong (about whom's? or the entire structure of the sentence), but it feels like the sort of thing that would take me 20 years to untangle after which it would feel like time poorly spent. and yeah, that last sentence might suffer from some of the same sort of dysfunction. it is what it is, man.
it is what it is.

I may argue that
"The Pope Francis Train" in the vein of Thomas may be a good idea.
I do not know if it qualifies as blasphemous on its face. Of course if it does it may not be a good idea.
But if it does not, then perhaps it's ok?
I honestly think I would ride that train.

Relativity
How would those from the Old Wild West feel about spending a night in Baltimore? or South Chicago? or def? or ghi? or jkl? or xyz?
God's Honest Truth...
i tuned in to the Broncos v. somebody Thursday night football game...
the initial screen showed the Broncos huddle...
i immediately thought to myself, "wow... those lights are so bright the uniforms are like shining... yeah man.. i'm in... forget about my whining from earlier today... or yesterday... forget it man... i'm going to enjoy the snit out of this game...
..
...
LET'S DO THIS!!!!!
...
..
i was ready to dive back in.
i was ready...
however my excitement done were for not.
as they lined up for my first snap of NFL football watching for the season, I saw Peyton begin to do the ridiculous foot hand wag smack clap shake omfghuthuthut too late delay of game coming so instead of getting the delay penalty....
peyton calls timeout....
which of course brought forth my feelings vis a vis that post (under a different identity)
from earlier today or yesterday regarding the
ridiculousness of the commercials in an NFL football game.
at various points in the season, you will encounter the fourfecta of commercials:
the apparent touchdown, celebration... and commercial... upon returning from commercial...
the extended delay for video review...... and eventual commercial... upon returning from commercial...
the PAT... which goes smoothly... and is followed by a commercial... upon returning from commercial...
the kickoff... which goes through the end zone for a touchback.... and is followed by... really?... yes... really... a commercial...
this is simply unsustainable and in need of immediate address.
i shant be a part of such things. i simply shall not.
Honestly if I can eat whenever I want to
why shouldn't my dog have the same freedom? Its not like I eat better than him in a relative sense. Relatively speaking I probably eat worse. Also my dog apparently taught himself the walk signals. This is a skill he just demonstrated for me today for the first time. Hashflag good dog.

"Wherever" actually consisted of nose, mouth and ears.

glad to see he touched on it yesterday. i did not know that until line 4 of this post.

I assume the first will be a condescending and pedantic rant/concern troll/pretend question about Iran.

Let's compare to Bing... or Bingpare? or comBing? or just please for God's sake, stop? ok.

13 results.
Yahoo... they of the NSA good behavior badge, also has 13 results.
This feels like an untapped... theme? I guess that's good enough. Other less attractive options include: "opportunity", "genre", "angle" or "concept"

I don't believe that dh's have any business in the Hall Of Fame. Full stop.
Of course you can have an exhibit (but not plaques) that recognizes their accomplishments.
The fact is, and this is a fact not an opinion, designated hitters are not baseball players. They are mascots. And some of them, not all but some, are complete and total frauds.

Does Trump's performance so far constitute political genius?
To date, I have to say yes.
The funniest part, of course, is that he has violated every stated, established rule, thereby discrediting the concept of "experts" in the field. So that's great and all, but when you look at the political performance itself, the complete enjoyment of the opportunity and experience, the obvious passion and legitimate authenticity, with a hyper-focused message, the quickest of wits, and as he is eager to tell you, great, great energy, and the accompanying results, it's hard to argue that it's been anything less than an all-time performance.
Obama's performance was unique in many ways, but in terms of actual political activity, his was simply a gotv machine process, combined with his obvious genetic political "benefits" (being African American...) rather than a truly brilliant political performance.
Sure, "no red states, no blue states" was a good political line, but his actual campaign performance was mediocre.
It will be fascinating to watch the next generation of politicians attempting to fake the authenticity that is currently rocketing Donald Trump to the head of the pack. They will never figure out why they fail at it, because they never quite understand what authenticity really is. It's a foreign concept, and like a psychopath pretending to be normal, the politician does his best to fool his audience into thinking he/she is a great leader. The legit political star needs not fool anyone. He knows he's a star and is eager to show it in a variety of potentially "challenging" circumstances.
His "product" is his actual self, rather than the crafted image of the average, desperate and pandering pol who believes that "authenticity" is nothing more than a marketing ploy.
The political highways and byways will be littered with copycat trumps who attempt to fake their way into such a successful campaign.
And then somebody else will come along and rewrite all of their textbooks yet again. And again, by that point, it will already be too late.

"'Fear is the heart of love...',
so I never went back...."
Besides being a horrible song, this line, "Fear is the heart of love" which first struck me exactly as I assume the song's author expected/intended, has since come to me to seem correct, at least in a variety of contexts, perhaps not the original speaker's context (ie. the nun).
this post demonstrates internet brevity and data compaction. to wit:
what song? search the line. what nun? search the lyrics. what context(s)? place elbow on knee and chin on fist.

Step 1. Turn on blinker
Step 2. Apply the brake
The order is non-negotiable. There are certain easy changes you can make in your life that make your life and others' lives better. This is one of them.
Step 1. Turn on the blinker.
Step 2. Apply the brake.
And if you're at a stop light and you are turning, put your blinker on while you are sitting at the light, NOT after the light turns green. I know the idea bothers you, because it might encourage some individuals to take an alternate route, potentially bypassing you and no longer being stuck behind you, but that feeling is a personal flaw you have and one you need to overcome. It's a good thing. You can feel good about doing it, because the road is not a competition, and as long as you believe otherwise, you are a fucking retard.
